本剧改编自藤原惠美同名漫画，讲述的是通过婚活应用程序即日结婚的三浦盛夏和春田亚美之间展开的爱情故事。两人开始了形式上的新婚生活，但日后发现他们在同一家公司工作，陷入了秘密的公司内部结婚状态。
